Apologies for the BBS being unavailable over the last few days, but we’ve suffered from a SysOp’s greatest dilemma: Faulty modem.
The USR was only temporarily re-installed, a 33.6kbps now delivers the throughput. How well it delivers, though, is fairly debatable since it’s quite clear that connections at home are not at all successful, and I can’t exactly leave the BBS at work all the time now, can I!
